Collection and Processing of Personal Data

a) Contact forms via Tally.so We use the external form platform Tally.so (Operator: Tally BV, Belgium) to request an initial consultation or demo. When you fill out a form, the data you enter (e.g., name, e-mail address, request content) is transmitted to Tally and processed there. b) Further processing in HubSpot CRM The data transmitted via the forms is stored and processed in our CRM system HubSpot (Operator: HubSpot Inc., USA & EU locations) for the purpose of processing your request. HubSpot is used to manage customer contacts and inquiries. We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with HubSpot. Data processing is carried out in compliance with the GDPR. To manage the cookies and similar technologies (tracking pixels, web beacons, etc.) used and related consents, we employ the consent tool „Real Cookie Banner“.
